- Make the necessary representations to Rio Tinto in order to:
- Increase the purchasing capacity of its members either by indexing the pension or by improving other benefits.
- Obtain reimbursement of letters of credit.
Improve recruitment efforts with retirees and active employees participating to the RTAPP.
Monitoring and Expertise
Improve and maintain our knowledge of RTAPP; follow and influence federal and provincial legislations related to pension plans.
